About Me

I’m Tom and I want to help as many people achieve their goals in health and fitness. Whether you want to lose weight or improve your fitness I can help you reach them through coaching and personal training. I can provide fitness programs, nutrition coaching and meal plans, as well as offer life coaching. I believe that for many their health and fitness goals can seem like an impossible task but I can help you reach your goals through personal coaching and creating plans that are simple and achievable. There are no quick fixes in life but working out what works best for a person makes your chance for success that much higher.

Initial Consultation

Tell me who you are and what you want. This will provide us with the information that we can use to discuss your next steps. Coaching may not be right for you at the time and I can help you find alternatives that suit you better.

First Steps

If you are ready for coaching using the information from the initial consultation I’ll discuss with you the goals you want, what the process to achieve them will be, and then give you your first actions to take

The Program

I’ll create your program specifically for you and your needs from scratch. It will include an exercise program, nutrition coaching, motivation and mindfulness exercises and more. You’ll have the ability to check in with me every week to check your progress and see how to adapt your program so that you keep progressing towards your goals.
