Based in Harlow at the Body Fresh Fitness gym at the Harlow Rugby Club it is easily accessible for all. Personal training is all about you having exclusive access to me as your personal trainer throughout your session. I’m completely focused on training you in the best way possible to help you reach your goals.
If you’re nervous about going to the gym or you aren’t confident in training alone I will be right beside you telling you what exercises to do, how to do them, and coaching you on how to do it right.
